The booking system through Bookio is very transparent and really reliable . We especially appreciate functions such as reminding the customer of the appointment by SMS and e-mail . Since Bookio automatically sends reminders, it has significantly saved us hours of time . And in addition, we have almost 100% reservation utilization, as customers do not forget their appointment anymore.

We use Bookio in both our Bukowski and Baudelaire bars. Previously , we handled reservations through a combination of messages from social networks and phone calls , which led to various misunderstandings . After the implementation of the Bookio system , our colleagues have less trouble with manually recording reservations, we have fewer mistakes when recording reservations, and we also appreciate the flexibility of the system, in which we can turn off and on individual bar zones according to the season and determine the maximum number of reservations for different days.

Our hotel was one of the first hotels that started using the Bookio system for sales, but also as a hotel reservation system for wellness procedures. We have transferred the order, which until now was the task of the medical staff, to the online environment, and we can devote more of our energy to our patients.
